| Minimum age | The minimum age to participate in a driving experience is 17 years old (individuals under the age of 18 need parental/guardian consent) |
| Minimum height | The minimum height to participate in a driving experience is 4ft 10in. |
| Maximum height | The maximum height to participate in a driving experience is 6ft 4in. (Please contact us to discuss your options regarding this) |
| Maximum weight | The maximum weight to participate in a driving experience is 20 stone. (Please contact us to discuss your options regarding this) |
| Driving licence | All participants must hold a full valid driving licence and must have this present with them on the day the event is taking place. (International licences are accepted) |
| Communication | All participants must have a good basic understanding of the English language and must be able to understand basic hand manoeuvres. |
| Clothing | Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times during the event. |
| Health | Participants must be in good health and must wear glasses if required. |
| Drinking | Individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. The Event Managers decision is final. |
| Vouchers | Vouchers hold a 12-month validity period unless otherwise stated. |
| Expiration date | Experiences must be booked and taken before the expiry date of the voucher. |
| Book ahead | We ask that you book a minimum of 8 weeks in advance so we can give the best availability of venues and vehicles. |
| Cancellation | Cancellation cover can be purchased separately, this covers you in the instance of death in the immediate family, breakdown on the way to an event or illness on the day. |
| Availability | All experiences are subject to availability with regards to vehicles, dates and venues. |
| Weather | We still operate during adverse weather; however we hold the right to cancel an experience if the weather is too severe. |
| Spectators | Spectators are welcome at all our venues. |
| Under 16s | Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. |
| Our dates | Most experiences are available February to November. |
| Indemnity waiver | When attending an experience with ourselves you are fully insured to drive our cars, however you may be liable for the excess payment if any claim needs to be made due to damage to the vehicles. It is advised that participants purchase an indemnity waiver that is offered to them at the time of booking and on the day. |
