• Entrants to this prize draw must be aged 18 or over and hold a full UK driving License and be a current resident in the UK.
• Employees and the immediate families of Everyman Racing or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter the prize draw.
• Winner will receive a driving experience of the value of £49.00, winner can pay and upgrade for different vehicles
• This competition starts on 16/07/201
• This competition closes at midnight on 31/07/21 at 23:59. 
• This prize draw is free to enter. One entry, per person, per platform. The prize draw is via Instagram and Facebook.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
• All entrants agree to their names and comments being used for promotional purposes.
• Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.
• Content submitted must be original from the entrant.
• Prizes – The winners must complete their experience at our Preswold Driving Venue in Loughborough. (not available at any other venue).
• The winner will be selected randomly. 
• The winner will be notified via email or phone on 2/08/21. This must be acknowledged by the winner, within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
• This must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
• The prize is not transferable and has no monetary value.
• A collision damage waiver will be offered at £30 and will be refunded on completion.
• All images, In-Car Filming and footage will remain the property of Everyman Racing and will be used for social media & marketing purposes.
• In the unlikely scenario that the event is cancelled for safety, you will be contacted and rebooked on an alternative date.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
• We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary. Any data is processed and complies with UK GDPR rules and regulations.
