This experience is a passenger ride only and will be driven by one of our instructors.

Exclusive to Prestwold Driving Centre, Elvington Aerodrome and Great Tew.

Allow (if you dare) one of our fully trained, barely restrained instructors to take you on a blistering high-speed thrill ride of our rally course in The Rage Motorsports Hurricane.

Hold on Tight as the instructor slides full speed through our gravel and field stages at speeds and angles previously thought impossible achieve by mere mortals.

The all-new Rage Motorsport Hurricane has a brand new 1050cc Yamaha FX Nytro engine producing 140 bhp. This purpose-built rage buggy will propel itself from 0-60mph in just under 4 seconds with a top speed of over 120mph!!! Truly an exclusive experience that you will not find anywhere else in the UK!

The passenger ride consists of the following:

✔️ Use of our safety equipment (helmet & overalls).

✔️ Roughly 5 laps on the rage gravel track.

✔️ Certificate of completion.

✔️ Capture your amazing experience with our latest 360-degree camera system (optional extra)

PLEASE ALLOW ROUGHLY 1 HOUR ON SITE TO COMPLETE THE HOT LAP EXPERIENCE.

Appropriate clothing:

Due to the nature of this experience, we ask all participants to wear clothing that covers your arms and legs. We will provide overalls. Footwear must be flat or similar to driving shoes.

Min AgeThe minimum age to participate in a driving experience is 10 years old. (Individuals under the age of 18 need parental/guardian consent to participate)
Min HeightThe minimum height to participate in a driving experience is 4ft 10in.
Max HeightThe maximum height to participate in a driving experience is 6ft 4in. (Please contact us to discuss your options regarding this)
Max WeightThe maximum weight to participate in a driving experience is 20 stone. (Please contact us to discuss your options regarding this)
Driving LicenceAll participants over 17 years must hold a full valid driving licence and must have this present with them on the day the event is taking place. (International licenses accepted)
CommunicationAll participants must have a good basic understanding of the English language and must be able to understand basic hand manoeuvres.
ClothingAppropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times during the event.
HealthParticipants must be in good health and must wear glasses if required.
DrinkingIndividuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
VouchersVouchers hold a 12-month validity period, unless otherwise stated.
Expiration DateExperiences must be booked and taken before the expiry date of the voucher.
Book AheadWe do ask that you book a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.
Cancellation CoverCancellation cover can be purchased separately, this covers you in the instance of death in the immediate family, breakdown on the way to an event or illness on the day.
AvailabilityAll experiences are subject to availability with regards to cars, date and venue.
WeatherWe still operate during adverse weather; however we hold the right to cancel an experience if the weather is too severe.
SpectatorsSpectators are welcome at all our venues.
Under SixteensIndividuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Our DatesMost experiences are available February to November.
Indemnity WaiverWhen attending an experience with ourselves you are fully insured to drive our cars however you may be liable for the excess payment if any claim needs to be made due to damage on the vehicles. It is advised that participants purchase a waiver indemnity that is offered to them at the time of booking and on the day.

                Similar to how you may have seen on Top Gear, you are filmed live with audio throughout your drives with cameras facing both the driver and the track recording your reactions as you accelerate and hit those top speeds

                There are also bonus features that can record the following; GPS showing position on track F1 style, G-force showing the power of the acceleration, and the all-important bragging rights of the speedometer and the footage is saved to an SD Card for your convenience.
