Aston Martin DB9
Aston MartinDB9
If it's the absolute class you want from a supercar, then the Aston Martin DB9 takes some beating. The British-built V12 engined car can be considered more of a quick GT car than a pin-sharp racer, but there's no doubt its relaxed approach hold plenty of appeal. It continues to be a fast, luxurious, front-engined, rear-wheel-drive coupe that will carry two people and their luggage on long journeys at high speed in absolute comfort. Aston MartinDB9
Adaptive Aston Martin
If it's the absolute class you want from a supercar, then the Aston Martin DB9 takes some beating. The British-built V12 engined car can be considered more of a quick GT car than a pin-sharp racer, but there's no doubt its relaxed approach hold plenty of appeal. It continues to be a fast, luxurious, front-engined, rear-wheel-drive coupe that will carry two people and their luggage on long journeys at high speed in absolute comfort.

Arguably the most visually appealing Aston Martin in the range, the Vantage is a taut mix of muscularity and Aston’s traditional elegance. It works very well too, with the squat, purposeful proportions conveying the obvious sporting intent. Select your experience here

Audi R8 V10
AudiR8 V10
But what the R8 yields in flash, it makes up for in the cohesive design. The angular body is one of the most futuristic shapes ever to roll off a production line. While some supercars can be confused as “some new Ferrari or Lamborghini,” the R8 is almost immediately recognized as an Audi. That’s because Audi’s latest models are all characterized by piercing LED headlights and taillights, ornate wheel designs, and angular bodies. Select your experience here

AudiR8 V10+
At 610 horsepower, this naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V-10 is the most powerful engine ever put into production by Audi. It revs 20 percent quicker than its predecessor, spinning from idle to its 8500-rpm redline in 0.66 seconds. The pedestal it’s bolted to, a V10 Plus blitzes to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and wails a stirring soprano aria in the process. Select your experience here

The Audi R8 is a supercar from a dying breed. As makers add turbochargers to their cars to meet ever-stricter emissions targets, the naturally aspirated engine is falling out of favour, and in some ways, the R8 is a fantastic last hurrah. From its deep growl at low revs through to the thrilling metallic howl, as you close in on the 8,500rpm red line, it sounds every bit as exciting as you’d expect from a supercar. BMWi8
Welcome to the future; this is the new BMW i8, a hybrid electric two-door 2+2 sports car the likes of which the world hasn’t seen before. Despite the eco-conscious demeanour, the i8 develops 357bhp and 570Nm of torque and can sprint from 0-62mph in 4.4 seconds thanks to its sophisticated four-wheel-drive chassis and lightweight carbon-fibre construction. Those numbers put the BMW very much up against the Porsche 911 and Audi R8. Select your experience here

Ferrari F360 Modena

Modena
The 360M may have been the 'junior' car in Ferrari’s range when it was launched in 1999, but that doesn't hold it back from being one of the best cars in the modern era of the company. The 360 is easier and cheaper to service than the previous mid-engined Ferraris, and it brought new levels of build quality and the widespread use of aluminium in the construction of the body and chassis. Ferrari may have been founded on a series of V12-powered cars, but some of its most successful models were those fitted with a mid-rear-mounted V8. And so it is with the Ferrari 458 Italia – the name meaning 4.5-litres and eight cylinders, with Italia thrown it at the end in homage to its home country.
